- Banquet seating for up to 200 people
- 12-hour space rental (event must end by 1:00 a.m.)
- 14-foot ceilings
- Hardwood floor
- Adjustable lighting
- 7-foot Petrov grand piano
- Dressing room
- Dramatic reception space in the Moat Gallery
- One onsite guard as required by VPL Security
- Custom setup by VPL staff and site supervisor until the start of your event
- Clean up services after the end of your event
Promenade Wedding Package: $4995.00 + tax
- Banquet seating for up to 400 people
- Available only on Friday or Saturday (7 p.m. - 1 a.m.),
or Sunday (6 p.m. - 1 a.m.)
- Spectacular 7-storey-high atrium
- Dressing rooms on the Lower Level
- Coat check or bar area in the Moat Gallery
- Two onsite guards as required by VPL Security
- Custom setup by VPL staff and site supervisor until the start of your event
- Clean up services after the end of your event
Required, But Not Included in Package
The wedding organizers are responsible for these additional services which are not included in the price of the package.
Professional Wedding Planner
Clients must hire a wedding planner to produce their event. He or she is responsible for coordinating with your hired services and successfully managing your big day.
Event insurance
$3,000,000 public liability insurance from Sport BC or an insurance broker of your choice.
Liquor licence
Along with the "Serving It Right" card, this is required for any event where alcohol is served.
